Ghee Making. Ramnagar

A "Curd maker" and "Ghee maker" in the village of Ramnagar. I think one of the best Curd ( yogurt ) I ever had.
Not only his curd is good but this man is really nice. In this image he is starting the process of the Ghee making ( Clarified butter ). I 'll post another image at the end of the process.
